“Bridge to Fear”

It was an months-long investigation with multinational implications, exposing a system of intimidation and fear to extort cash from business owners and others using an international bridge between Mexico and the U.S. The report also exposed a disinclination by all levels of government and law enforcement on both sides of the border to investigate and enforce the law.
