Winners Announced in Annual Green Awards

Each year the Headliners Foundation of Texas recognizes the best—the journalists who report and write outstanding stories, take riveting photos and design content for impact and accessibility – with the Charles E. Green Award. Winners for the 2018 Green Awards were announced at the annual convention for the Texas Associated Press Managing Editors on March 3, 2019.

Headliners Foundation Governor Emeritus and former Chair Robert Allan “Bud” Shivers Jr. died Jan. 8, 2019. He was 72.
